This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Transientik Master (the "Software"), sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you buy
We publish a fully functional free demo of the Software. It runs all features on your own tracks and only adds a periodic voiceover watermark until a licence is activated. Because you can fully evaluate the Software before paying, we strongly encourage you to test the demo in your own setup first.
2. Sales are final
For this reason, purchases of the Software are final and we do not offer discretionary "change of mind" refunds once your licence has been delivered. The exceptions below, your statutory rights, always apply.
3. EU/UK right of withdrawal and your waiver
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, the law provides that this right is lost once supply has begun where you (a) gave prior express consent to immediate supply and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase you accept Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, under which you give prior express consent to immediate supply of the Software and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins. By accessing your licence or downloading the Software, you confirm that supply has begun and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have not yet downloaded or activated the Software and wish to withdraw, contact us before doing so.
4. Faulty or not-as-described software
Your statutory consumer guarantees are unaffected by this policy. If the Software is faulty, materially not as described, or does not provide the functionality and quality you can reasonably expect, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a fix or, where appropriate, a refund) under applicable consumer-protection law. Please contact support first. Most issues are configuration or compatibility problems we can resolve quickly.
5. How to request a refund
Where a refund is due under sections 3 or 4, email support@transientik.com with the email address and order/receipt ID from your Paddle confirmation, or use the order link in that confirmation. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes approved refunds back to your original payment method and may also apply its own buyer-protection terms. Refunds are issued in the original currency and amount paid.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and your licence
A licence is tied to a completed purchase. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, including via a bank chargeback or payment dispute, the associated licence is revoked and you must stop using the Software. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first may delay resolution; we are happy to help directly.
7. Contact
Questions about a refund or your order: support@transientik.com. Billing and payment matters can also be handled directly by Paddle via your order confirmation.
